What does the guarantee cover?

If within 7 days of your parcel arriving the hijab does not match what we promised, we return your full payment, no deductions.

We keep this as simple as we can, because buying a hijab online from a brand you have not tried yet takes a bit of nerve. So the risk sits with us, not with you.

What reasons do we accept?

Any reason tied to what we promised on the product page. You do not need to write us an essay.

• The fabric feels hot or itchy to wear.
• A light colour turns see-through, when we promised it would not.
• The front will not hold its shape at all.
• The edges are already fraying before you have even worn it.
• The colour looks noticeably different from the photos on this website.
• The parcel arrives damaged.

How do you make a claim?

Send one WhatsApp message to 0817 9462 059 with your order number and a photo of the hijab's condition. That is all it takes.

   We reply that same day and arrange the return.

We cover the return shipping cost. We transfer your money once we receive the parcel back, to whichever account you tell us.

What is not covered?

Only damage that happens after normal wear, since that is out of our hands.

• Fabric damaged by an iron that was too hot.
• Fabric that has changed colour from contact with bleach.
• A hijab that has been cut, re-sewn, or altered in shape.
• Claims made after 7 days from receiving the parcel.
