Ask on WhatsApp When does my order ship?
Parcels move within three working days of your payment being confirmed. The tracking number goes out over WhatsApp the same day.
Does Pearl turn see-through?
No. Pearl is made bone white rather than bright white, and the weave is tighter so it stays opaque in direct sun. If it feels different once it is in your hands, the seven day guarantee applies in full.
Do the colours in the photos match the real thing?
Every photo is shot in daylight without altering the fabric colour. Screens still vary a little from one to the next, so if you want to be sure, ask for a same day photo on WhatsApp and we will send one straight away.
How much is one piece?
Rp 65,000 per piece, and that is what you pay. There is no voucher to open first. The 12 to 14 August 2026 pre order window has closed, so the promotional price no longer applies.
How do I pay?
The price of the hijabs goes by bank transfer or QRIS. Once your form comes through, you get an order number and payment instructions, then you simply upload your transfer receipt on the same page. Shipping is separate, and it is paid to the courier when the parcel arrives.
What does shipping cost, and can I pick it up?
Shipping is paid straight to the courier when the parcel arrives, and J&T works the figure out from the weight and your address. That is why we cannot put one number here. If you are in Solo, Sukoharjo, or Kartasura, you can collect it yourself in Gentan, and there is no shipping cost at all. Just note it in the order form.
What if it does not suit me?
Tell us within seven days of the parcel arriving. We send your money back in full, and we cover the return shipping. You do not need to explain at length.
What size is it, and what is it made of?
Each piece is 115 x 115 cm, in Arabian Voile with a tight weave and clean sewn edges. Enough for daily wear, or to pair with a formal outfit.
