Where does SYAMSS ship to?

Across all of Indonesia, straight from Gentan, Sukoharjo. Whether you are in Aceh or Papua, you order the exact same way as someone living in Solo.

Parcels leave within three working days at most after we confirm your payment, and the tracking number goes out on WhatsApp the same day. Regular shipping runs at an estimated Rp 20,000, and it is free once you take 3 pieces or more. How long it takes depends on distance, usually one to five working days outside Central Java.

What if you are in Solo Raya?

There is a bonus for you. You can pick up your order in person at Gentan Raya 1 Blok D8, Gentan, at no shipping cost at all.

Just write "self pickup" in the note field when you fill in the pre order form. We will message you on WhatsApp once your order is ready, and you simply come collect it. If that is easier, we can also meet somewhere convenient around Gentan.

Why were the colours chosen for Indonesian skin tones?

Because a colour that looks great in an overseas catalogue photo often looks different under harsh midday sun.

The four SYAMSS colours were chosen by testing them in daylight, not just on a screen. Cocoa and Latte were made to warm up olive skin. Pearl was made bone white so it stays opaque in direct sun. Noir was chosen deep enough to stay sharp for both afternoon and evening events.
